Cancellation Before Project Start

If a cancellation request is made before any work has started, clients may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the payment status and administrative costs involved.

Cancellation After Project Start

Once project work, research, planning, wireframing, or design has begun, cancellation requests may not qualify for a full refund.

HipNexus LLC reserves the right to retain payment for work already completed, hours invested, and resources allocated to the project.

Non-Cancellable Services

Subscription or Ongoing Services
